DOUBLE CORRUGATED HOPPER MOUNT BINS

The best of both worlds, our waffle-style wall panel and no internal stiffeners offer incomparable bin clean out with superior wall strength. Structurally engineered, 100% steel construction and precision manufacturing ensure easy assembly and longevity.

No assembly required. This is a fully constructed, ready to deliver package. The Double Corrugated Hopper Bin Combos are available in 16′ and 18′ diameters.

SINGLE CORRUGATED HOPPER MOUNT BINS

Available in unstiffened and stiffened models, our single corrugated bins have several unique features that offer today’s farmer easy assembly, loading and unloading. A long-lasting storage solution for all crop types

Standard Equipment

  • Newly designed remote cap opener (27″ fill cap)
  • 5″ corrugated, roll formed, high tensile, galvanized steel wall panels
  • Roof designed with 30 degree slope and extra high ribs for added strength
  • Complete sidewall and roof ladder
  • 12′ and 36′ diameters

  • Full floor aeration system
  • Safety cage
  • Roof vents

  • 1,187 to 13,822 bushels

The Meridian Difference

  • Sidewall sheets have unique hill and valley, double bolting connection that provides greater strength and snug overlap
  • 45″ wall sheets for faster erection and fewer bolts and seams
  • Rib overlap on roof panel design provides weather tight assembly
  • 10′ gauge galvanized cone mounting ring bolts to the wall sheet and fits snugly around the top flange of the cone, forming a tighter bin to cone fit

HOPPER CONES

Available for double corrugated and single corrugated hopper mount models welded hopper cones to accommodate 16′, 18′ bins. There is also a bolt together hopper cone available for the 22′ hopper mount bin. 100% steel construction from roof to foundation, our hopper cones are structurally engineered for durability and efficiency.

Standard Cone Features

  • Strongest leg to cone connection ring in the industry
  • 8 legs on 16′ diameter models, 9 legs on 18′ diameter models, and 12 legs on the 22′ diameter bolt together
  • Premium Rack and Pinion slide gate with crank
