Meridian Manufacturing: Underbin Conveyors

Convey-All Underbin Conveyors are built for fixed installations where grain, seed or fertilizer moves from storage into treatment, packaging or loadout. Modular sections allow the conveyor system to be configured around the facility’s bin layout and expanded as the operation changes.

Choose an 18- or 24-inch belt, with capacities up to 6,800 BPH. Mild steel construction is standard, with stainless steel components available for fertilizer applications. Adjustable belt tension, discharge legs, hanger brackets and a removable discharge hood support installation and routine maintenance. Air gates, weather covers and receiving hoppers are available to match the conveyor to the flow path and site conditions.

Talk with Meridian or Convey-All about your material, required capacity and facility layout to determine the right Underbin Conveyor configuration.

Underbin Conveyors are available with 18-inch or 24-inch belts. The appropriate width depends on the required capacity, belt speed, material and overall facility layout.

The 18-inch conveyor is rated from 2,900 to 4,400 BPH at belt speeds from 400 to 600 FPM. The 24-inch conveyor is rated from 4,500 to 6,800 BPH across the same belt-speed range.

Yes. Underbin Conveyors can be configured for fertilizer handling with optional stainless steel components. The material being handled and the required areas of stainless steel construction should be confirmed when planning the system.

Underbin Conveyors use modular sections that can be configured around the facility layout. They can be incorporated into new construction or expansion projects where additional storage or handling capacity is being added.

Available options include air gates, receiving hoppers, weather covers and stainless steel components. The appropriate options depend on the stored material, conveyor location and required flow path.

Start with the material being handled, required capacity, bin layout and the equipment receiving the product. These details help determine the appropriate belt width, belt speed, conveyor configuration and available options.
