When choosing a truck load conveyor, belt width, capacity and material compatibility all have to fit the job. The Meridian 1548 uses a 15-inch belt to move grain, pulses and fertilizer at capacities up to 6,500 BPH. For higher-capacity grain and seed handling, the 2045 and 2055 pair a 20-inch chevron belt with a straight hopper design to deliver up to 12,000 BPH with fewer rollers and fewer wear parts.

The 2045 and 2055 are also available with a Canola Ready Package that adds a larger drive roller, skived belt, hopper flashing and scrapers. The package maintains capacities up to 12,000 BPH while improving the conveyor’s ability to handle canola and fertilizer.

The Meridian 1548 is designed to handle grain, pulses and fertilizer. The standard 2045 and 2055 models are designed for grain and seed. A Canola Ready Package is available for the 2045 and 2055 when canola or fertilizer is part of the operation.

Compare the transport length, required discharge height, operating angle and reach against your loading setup. The 2045 has a transport length of 42 feet, while the 2055 has a transport length of 52 feet and provides greater reach. The 1548 hopper is 8 inches high when collapsed and 16 inches high when extended. Its hopper measures 36 inches wide by 60 inches long.

The 1548 is available with a Hydraulic Hi-Power Mover and a hydraulic winch. The standard lift mechanism uses a manual crank, with hydraulic and electric winch configurations available.
